Admitted to practice as a solicitor by the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, Luton practices predominantly in commercial law, corporations law, banking and finance, and commercial disputes and litigation, including director and shareholder disputes, developer and builder disputes, and contractual disputes.
Owing in no small part to Luton’s wide experience in a range of in-house roles at banks, investment banks, and at a top-tier consultancy firm, Luton has an intuitive understanding of business processes, security arrangements, compliance and regulation, securities law, market licensing including ADI and AFS licensing, and taxation.
