Owen is a details man. An exacting draftsman and advisor putting into action seven years of experience in the complex commercial space, he leaves no stone unturned when delivering his characteristically practical and client-focused advice.
Since being admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2014, Owen has honed his drafting skills across a wide field of commercial and corporate matters involving corporate restructuring, shareholders deeds, secured loans, intellectual property licences, buying and selling businesses and asset protection.
Owen calls upon comprehensive experience assisting sophisticated operators in the building and construction industry, providing advice to a wide range of clients sitting at either side of the table; property owners, developers, builders, contractors and suppliers. In particular, Owen has developed an expert focus on contract negotiation and management in large developments, including providing detailed planning advice.
A member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and the Law Society of New South Wales, Owen is dependable and meticulous, and his capacity to readily employ his extensive knowledge and commercial experience ensures his every client can be confident that every contingency has been considered and their every interest is advanced.
